Birel ART Racing Kart
Like every year, we present the new developments of the 2025 season that will be introduced in the Birelart – Freeline karts and products for the 2026 season.
The acronym that characterizes the new models for 2026 will be S19.
Starting from the S18 models, also for this racing season we have conducted an important development activity aimed at optimizing the overall performance of the kart.
The intervention has involved the evolution of the frame geometry, using new materials with improved mechanical characteristics and revising of some accessory components.
New technical details have also been introduced, projected to increase the products dynamic efficiently and construction quality of the products. The results obtained on track, both nationally and internationally, confirm the validity of the work made.

As for the DD karts, also for the shifter categories (SH) different types of frames have been defined to cover all the different characteristics found with different types of tires and tracks in the various national and international championships.
Unlike the single-gear, the frames vary not only in materials but also in geometry.

The steering column uniball sit has been modified to accommodate a more resistant 10mm diameter ball joint

- NEW GRAPHIC: like every year we revised the graphic try to give an always more aggressive, modern, and recognizable look that distinguishes the BirelART brand.
It will be standard on all Birelart DD, SH, DD2 & MINI models.

- NEW BUSHING HI TECH: A new one-piece caster and camber adjustment bushing has been developed and tested. This will be able to increase or decrease caster by plus or minus 4 degrees and adjust camber from positive to negative by approximately 12/14 mm. Will be possible to make these adjustments from the top of the “C” stub axle (it will no longer be necessary to use eccentrics at the bottom of the “C”) very quickly and easily.
It will be mounted as standard on DD, SH, and DD2 karts.

Engine Information
Rok Shifter was born to meet the needs of many drivers who want to compete in a category with the gearbox, but always according to the Rok philosophy: low costs and steady regulations over the time.
The engine has the following features: single-cylinder 2 stroke engine with 6-speed gearbox with front clutch system, displacement 125 cc, 4 reed valve intake in the crankcase. Liquid-cooled through external pump (not supplied in the kit).
The engine comes in a complete kit with Dell’Orto VHSH Ø 30 mm carburetor, Dell’Orto fuel pump, Arrow in- take silencer, molded exhaust and exhaust silencer. Ready for a power of 43 HP, the Rok Shifter is the engine that provides the best combination of performance and operating costs.
