- All products listed on Kartoholics.com are subject to availability.
- We reserve the right to limit quantities, cancel orders, or refuse service at our discretion.
- Product descriptions, images, and prices are provided as accurately as possible, but errors may occur.
- We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update information at any time without prior notice.
- By placing an order, you agree that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are shown in U.S. Dollars (USD) and include applicable sales tax where required by law.
- Full payment is required before your order is processed or shipped.
- We accept various forms of payment displayed at checkout.
- If you choose Direct Bank Transfer or another manual payment method, please contact us to arrange payment. Orders will not be shipped until payment has been received and cleared.
- We do not accept CODs. Credit accounts must be settled within agreed terms. Unpaid accounts will incur a 1.5% monthly service charge (equivalent to an annual rate of 18%). Additionally, a $25.00 penalty will be applied for each returned check.
4. Shipping and Delivery
- We ship within the United States and internationally where available.
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or customs.
- Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided (where applicable).
- Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the product is delivered to the shipping carrier.
5. Damaged or Missing Items
We take great care to ensure your order arrives safely. However, if your package or items arrive damaged, please follow the steps below:
- Inspect Your Order Upon Delivery
Please check your items immediately upon receipt. If you notice visible damage to the packaging or product, document it with clear photos before opening (if possible). - Report Damage Promptly
You must notify us within 3 business days of delivery if your order arrives damaged or items are missing.
Email race@kartoholics.com with your order number, photos, and a brief description of the issue. - Resolution Process
Once we receive your claim, we will assess the damage and may:- File a shipping claim with the carrier
- Offer a replacement, store credit, or refund
- Request the damaged item be returned before issuing a replacement or refund
- Carrier Liability
In some cases, the carrier may be responsible for damages. We’ll assist with filing a claim, but please note that resolution times depend on the carrier’s process.
6. Returns and Refunds
- We accept returns and exchanges in accordance with our Return Policy.
- Returned items must be in unused condition, with original packaging and proof of purchase.
- Refunds are processed once the returned product has been received and inspected.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on Kartoholics.com, including but not limited to text, logos, images, graphics, product designs, and layout, is the property of Kartoholics or its content suppliers.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any materials without our prior written consent.

- Kartoholics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of our website or products.
- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.
- Kartoholics is not responsible or liable for any damages resulting from internet fraud, credit card fraud, or unauthorized transactions.
- Motorsports and racing activities are inherently dangerous. Safety equipment and racing products sold by Kartoholics.com are not guaranteed to protect against injury or death. The use or misuse of any product purchased from Kartoholics.com is done entirely at the purchaser’s or user’s own risk. Kartoholics.com assumes no responsibility or liability for injuries, damages, losses, or fatalities resulting from the use of any products sold on this website.
- By purchasing from Kartoholics.com, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility and liability for the use of all products. By placing an order, you also agree to and accept Kartoholics.com’s shipping, payment, return, and other policies as outlined on this website.
